This role involves collaborating with public-sector stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration of the system while serving as a lead analyst and integration coordinator across multiple divisions.

Responsibilities
Lead pre-discovery sessions with stakeholders to review business processes and forms
Analyze and document current-state workflows
Partner with the vendor to validate and document future-state processes
Capture and document business requirements, including gaps for future phases
Serve as the lead integration coordinator for the EDMS initiative
Develop detailed integration specifications for SWIFT and SEMA4, including inbound and outbound transactions
Coordinate configuration and data requests with the vendor
Collaborate with MNIT, DPS, and MMB on integration strategy, schedules, and execution
Define data elements, success and failure criteria, and exception handling
Design and document high-level integration test scenarios
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and secure stakeholder sign-off
Contribute to overall project planning efforts, including:
Test plans
Communication plans
Training plans
Deployment plans
Present complex information clearly and concisely
Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Support knowledge transfer activities
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise system implementations
Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills
Experience coordinating and supporting system integrations
Ability to lead stakeholder sessions and drive alignment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting testing efforts, including UAT
Preferred
Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Familiarity with SWIFT and/or SEMA4
Public-sector or government project experience
Experience working with third-party vendors and centralized IT teams
