Maintain detailed billing and collections records
Communicate with payors and internal teams to resolve issues
Identify process improvements and support ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of billing/collections experience
High-volume billing experience required
Strong Excel and systems skills
Organized, proactive, and collaborative
Associate's required
Preferred
Multi-state, reimbursement, or Medicaid billing exposure a plus
Bachelor's preferred
