Responsibilities

Build strong B2B relationships and represent the SideKix brand
Prospect and identify potential clients through outreach, networking, referrals and other channels
Conduct needs assessments to understand client goals and recommend tailored sponsorship, advertising or affiliate solutions
Present sales pitches and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our offerings
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business, referrals and brand loyalty
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
Provide exceptional client service throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and retention

Required

You want to help people, connect people and you are internally driven to create results
You are willing to learn, work as a team and you love building relationships

Preferred

Proven success in commission-based B2B sales with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and the ability to align solutions with client needs
Self-motivated, persistent, and driven to achieve results independently and within a team
Prior experience in Business Services, Consulting, Marketing or Learning and Development is a plus
