Responsibilities
The Agile Scrum Master leads cross-functional agile teams to deliver business outcomes by coaching Scrum practices, removing impediments, managing delivery health, and ensuring adherence to agile values across the software development lifecycle while partnering with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and senior leadership
Proven experience leading Scrum teams and implementing Scrum frameworks
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC phases
Ability to manage scope, timelines, and delivery commitments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder reporting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Enterprise Change Standards
Seasoned Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience
Rally/Jira expertise for backlog and delivery management
Proven experience leading Scrum teams and implementing Scrum frameworks
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC phases
Ability to manage scope, timelines, and delivery commitments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder reporting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
