Responsibilities
Conducting tailored, high-conversion campus tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build family confidence in our educational approach
Executing and managing strategic outreach initiatives with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline
Implementing strict safety and child protection standards to maintain a demonstrably secure campus for students and families
Managing comprehensive facilities operations, including scheduled maintenance, vendor relationships, and repair management
Regularly reviewing performance data to optimize processes and enhance both operational effectiveness and enrollment results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
