Responsibilities
Assist with collecting, managing, and reporting sustainability data using industry-leading platforms
Support the development and execution of sustainability strategies and action plans
Help track progress against sustainability targets and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with facilities management, sourcing, and procurement teams to implement sustainable practices
Engage in sustainability communications, training, and awareness campaigns
Gain exposure to sustainability program management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance processes
Qualification
Required
Candidates should be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering), with at least 2-3 years of coursework completed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
Desire to learn more about sustainability and commercial real estate
Interest in environmental management, data analysis, or sustainable operations
Demonstrated ability to take initiative
The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Sustainability within Commercial Real Estate
Permanent US work authorization required
