Legal Recruiting Coordinator
The Ford Agency is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for a top New York law firm. The Coordinator will play an integral part in organizing and implementing the firm's summer associate, fall recruitment programs, and lateral recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
Assist with the fall recruitment program: liaise with law schools, register for on-campus interview and job fairs, coordinate and attend recruitment events, schedule interviews, and serve as a point of contact for candidates
Support the summer associate program: organize and monitor summer events, prepare orientation schedules, assist with coordinating summer assignments, prepare for mid and end of summer reviews, and summarize program survey
Overall logistical support: prepare and manage law school feedback forms and surveys and oversee and process recruitment expenses and budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of legal recruiting experience in a law firm
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to juggle competing priorities
