Responsibilities
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
Utilize the ATS to manage candidate communications
Coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and their teams using various tools (Microsoft Office, Avature, TEAMS video, etc.) for both virtual and on-site interviews
Arrange cost-effective and convenient travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates, including travel profile creation, flight and hotel bookings, and ground transportation
Collaborate cross-functionally with assigned client groups to proactively address questions, provide support, and stay informed of updates
Draft and electronically administer offer letters for external and internal hires, including relocation information, legal verbiage, and necessary agreements
Manage pre-employment background checks and drug screenings, reviewing results and addressing discrepancies and needed adjudication
Guide new hires through pre-boarding and onboarding, providing timely communication, troubleshooting support, and proactive updates
Integrate new hires into L'Oréal systems, including accurate profile setup and access to necessary resources
Co-facilitate new hire orientation sessions to deliver a dynamic and engaging first-day experience
Track all logistical details to maintain clear visibility of candidate and new hire status
Participate in special projects and team initiatives to contribute to team goals and personal development
Qualification
Required
Must be fluent in French (spoken and written)
Candidates must have an Associates or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in a Human Resources or Recruitment-related field
At least 1 year of administrative or coordination experience required
Self-starter and capable of working under minimum supervision
Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point required
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
Work efficiently while remaining flexible to unforeseen changes in direction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, planning skills and follow up skills
Strong customer service focus and ability to develop strong internal and external networks
Enthusiastic team player, creative/innovative thinker with a passion for process improvement
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data and information on a regular basis
Preferred
Prior internship or office experience in HR preferred
Experience with ATS, such as Avature, preferred
