Responsibilities
Serve as a lead execution banker on M&A and strategic advisory engagements, including sell-side and buy-side transactions, mergers, and divestitures across REGL sub-sectors
Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and competitive positioning, including the preparation of fairness opinions
Advise clients on strategic equity transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, recapitalizations, and convertible structures
Contribute to select high yield and structured financing transactions as a complementary component of advisory mandates
Coordinate deal execution across internal partners including senior bankers, product teams, legal, and risk
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, including corporate executives, boards, sponsors, and investors
Oversee due diligence processes and transaction documentation in coordination with legal counsel
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior bankers, ensuring analytical rigor and quality control
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5–8+ years of investment banking experience with a strong focus on M&A advisory
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Preferred
MBA or equivalent graduate degree
Sector experience in real estate, gaming, lodging, or related industries
Familiarity with real estate underwriting concepts
