Responsibilities
Handle real estate and eminent domain litigation matters, including law and motion practice and trial preparation
Assist in building cases for trial, including evidence development, depositions, and witness preparation
Collaborate with teams on high-profile public and private projects
Manage client communications and provide updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of litigation experience, with exposure to real estate, public entity, or eminent domain matters
Strong academic credentials, research, and writing skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities
Preferred
Prior trial experience is a plus
