Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market and positioning strategy for ECI’s payments solutions, focusing on building effective growth strategies and collaborating with sales and product leadership.

Responsibilities
Build a coherent marketing & GTM strategy for our payment solutions
Use data-driven approaches to identify opportunities across the sales funnel and implement marketing plans to capitalize on them
Create product messaging frameworks, tailored to each industry we serve
Define and build buyer personas, and deliver targeted sales/marketing content
Coordinate cross functionality to prioritize and execute go-to-market initiatives
Deliver campaigns messaging, strategy, and be a close partner to demand gen
Develop sales tools, playbooks, and sales enablement programs
Develop solution centric, customer-facing assets (e.g., pitch decks, brochures, videos)
Develop compelling product and industry webpage content
Develop competitive positioning for product(s), including battlecards, win/loss analysis
Guide customer advocacy and customer use cases
Lead product launches and all internal and external communications
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS platforms, with strong preference for payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure solutions
Data-driven product marketer with experience analyzing full-funnel performance to inform marketing strategies and measure impact of marketing initiatives
Compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset, with ability to turn complex product discussion into value-based narratives
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, demand gen, customer marketing, creative, PR
Experienced in presenting to internal executives with clear, concise content
Experienced in creating sales tools, campaign content/messaging, and sales plays
Degree in marketing or business, or comparable education/experience
Preferred
Pragmatic Institute certification and/or MBA desirable
