Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close
Manage financial reporting and ensure GAAP compliance
Strengthen and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
Oversee audit processes and partner with external auditors
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Provide leadership with insights that inform operational and strategic decisions
Improve reporting processes, systems, and workflows
Qualification
Required
CPA required
5 or more years of progressive experience including at least 3 years in public accounting
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Advanced Excel skills; prior ERP experience is helpful
Strong communication skills and leadership presence
Preferred
Big 4 or Top 10 experience strongly preferred
Experience with manufacturing, utilities, distribution, or energy clients is an advantage
