The role involves supporting the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional service in the luxury market.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and professional showroom experience for clients, both in person and over the phone
Assist designers and clients with product selection, pricing, lead times, and specifications
Consistently meet and exceed individual and company sales goals
Process orders and ensure thorough follow-up
Maintain the visual standards and overall appearance of the showroom
Liaise with and provide sales support throughout the sales process to the outside sales team to follow up, close sales, develop leads, drive revenue, and strengthen both existing and new client relationships
Coordinate with Client Services Representatives in our Atlanta and Paris offices
Build and maintain strong relationships within the design trade through outreach efforts and industry events
Stay informed on the latest Pierre Frey collections, launches, and brand updates
Represent the Pierre Frey brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

Qualification

Required

Experience in high-end sales—particularly in textiles, wallcoverings, carpets, or furniture
