Responsibilities
Meet clientele and work with them to establish program and needs
Generate designs and renderings, both interior and exterior to the client’s approval
Bring those designs into Construction Drawings alongside the project team under supervision of a Senior Architect/Project Manager
Follow production schedules and meet multiple simultaneous deadlines
Contribute to growing our practice through new business development initiatives including but not limited to assistance with new client outreach, follow-up, and marketing
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of experience in K-12, higher educational, and/or other municipal projects
Experience in working in teams with other professionals including Senior Architects/Project Managers, and project-level architects and engineers
Strong design, rendering, and communication skills
Detailed technical knowledge of building systems
Strong design and graphic skills
Ability to work in Sketch-Up, Revit, and other modeling/presentation software packages
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe
Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
Bachelor of Science in Architecture (4-year degree) or Bachelor of Architecture (5-year degree) preferred
