Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Prospect, engage, and follow up with customers to promote and sell computer, gaming, and technology hardware
Manage a high volume of outreach and pipeline follow-ups to meet and exceed sales goals
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery timelines
Coordinate with customers to resolve issues quickly and maintain strong customer relationships
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and gaming hardware trends to better serve customers and identify new opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships or retail sales in tech/gaming also considered)
Strong interest in computers, gaming, and technology hardware
Excellent communication and follow-up skills; persistent and driven to achieve results
Ability to balance sales outreach with order coordination and customer service
Tech-savvy with CRM tools, MS Office/Google Suite, and video conferencing platforms
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
