This role will own end‑to‑end AR operations in Yardi and oversee sponsor billing and payment processing platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with lease terms and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the AR team (Billing, Collections, Cash Application), including goal-setting, coaching, training, and performance reviews
Establish SLAs and monitor daily work allocation, capacity, and coverage
Oversee setup/maintenance of tenants, leases, charge codes, recurring charges, concessions, and escalations in Yardi
Ensure accurate monthly tenant billing, statements, late fees, and adjustments/credit memos
Manage cash application, payment reversals/NSFs, and unapplied cash clearing in Yardi
Lead sponsor billing cycles, ensuring correct charge setup, remittance application, and compliance with program requirements
Standardize dunning, payment plans, and legal referrals in partnership with Property Managers and Legal
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing accounts receivable operations
Proficiency in Yardi software
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
Experience in establishing SLAs and monitoring work allocation
Knowledge of tenant billing, statements, late fees, and adjustments
Experience in cash application and payment processing
Ability to manage sponsor billing cycles and compliance
Experience in standardizing dunning, payment plans, and legal referrals
