Responsibilities

Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Own the requirements process, prioritizing and refining backlog items for development teams
Monitor success metrics, analyze data for insights, and recommend improvements based on feedback
Partner with internal teams to mitigate impediments and ensure successful sprint and release goals
Serve as product expert for users, providing creative solutions for advanced use cases
Support go-to-market strategies for new offerings and contribute to long-term product vision

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Product Management, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years with a proven track record delivering product roadmaps; strong Product Owner experience with interest in expanding into Product Management
Technical and analytical mindset with attention to detail
Strategic thinking and ability to identify process improvements
Ability to create product materials that are both Internal and Client facing
Proficient with MS Office suite of products
Comfortable in client-facing settings and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Preferred

Preferred experience with technology management platform such as Jira, Aha!, Smartsheets, and Workfront
Consumer data experience is a plus but not required
