Responsibilities
Conduct research to support client and internal initiatives
Assist with marketing and communications tasks, including social media and email support, by taking a first pass at content development
Help organize project materials, timelines and documentation
Shadowing operational tasks such as data entry and coordination
Collaborate with team members to complete assigned deliverables on deadline
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic experience or coursework in marketing, communications, operations or project support
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, OneDrive and Google Workspace tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
