Program Manager - HR M&A

Responsibilities
Lead HR workstreams within the enterprise M&A program, ensuring alignment with overall deal objectives
Drive Day 1 readiness and post-close stabilization for all HR-related activities
Manage stakeholder engagement and alignment across HR and business leadership teams
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for HR workstreams
Monitor execution progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks to ensure integration milestones are met
Provide leadership and guidance to HR teams on M&A best practices and integration processes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience with a background in functional strategy, program management, operations, and/or technology functions
Preferred experience in business operations, project management, organizational effectiveness, or change management
Experience working in global organizations with multiple business verticals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Proven ability to bridge teams, foster collaboration, and establish effective cross-functional partnerships
