Responsibilities
Own the company-wide financial model, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans
Build and maintain driver-based models across revenue, margin, marketing spend, and operating expenses
Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes with cross-functional stakeholders
Own reporting and analysis of actuals vs plan, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
Translate complex financial data into clear insights for executives and functional leaders
Pressure-test assumptions behind growth initiatives, promotions, and investments
Act as the primary FP&A partner to Marketing, DTC, Supply Chain, and Operations
Support pricing, promotion, and investment decisions with rigorous financial analysis
Partner with leaders to improve financial discipline and accountability
Own unit economics modeling across DTC, marketplaces, and retail channels
Analyze contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and promotional ROI
Identify levers to improve gross margin, operating leverage, and cash flow
Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting cadence as the business scales
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency across financial reporting
Support Board and investor materials as needed
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of direct FP&A or corporate finance experience, with increasing scope and ownership
3+ years operating at a Senior Manager level (or equivalent) owning planning and forecasting processes
4+ years of experience within consumer goods, operating in digital-first or omni-channel environments
Experience supporting DTC, retail, and/or marketplace business models
Experience partnering with senior executives and functional leaders
Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
Strong understanding of unit economics, contribution margin, and profitability analysis
Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and financial systems
Ability to build clear, executive-ready materials
Preferred
Experience in sports nutrition, food & beverage, or consumer packaged goods
Experience supporting inventory-heavy or supply-chain-complex businesses
Familiarity with subscription or replenishment-based consumer models
