Responsibilities
Deliver best in class service to strategic partners while championing Titleist Clubs across the Off Course and Golf Specialty Channel
Build strong relationships with influential Sales Associates and Fitters, providing product training, personalized support, and brand advocacy
Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage customers and ensure needs are being met
Participate in the scheduling, coordinating, and hosting of training events for Off Course Influencers and Fitters in conjunction with the Director of Training
Manage orders and resolve service needs
Coordinate high-impact training events and fittings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years in the golf industry (equipment sales, fitting, or service)
Proven ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without supervision
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Deep knowledge of golf club products and technology
Willing to travel approximately 20 nights per year for service and training events
Able to carry up to 30 lbs of product samples and equipment multiple times daily
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Preferred
Strong background in sales or fitting preferred
