IT Support Technician Level 2 (MSP)
Bowman Williams is a large, security-focused Managed Service Provider supporting regulated client environments across healthcare and public sector organizations. They are hiring an IT Support Technician Level 2 to provide frontline MSP support while gaining exposure to deployments and advanced troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Provide frontline technical support for multiple client environments
Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 issues, and basic connectivity problems
Support user onboarding and offboarding requests
Assist with device provisioning, workstation builds, and hardware deployments
Perform onsite support at client locations using company vehicles
Resolve tickets independently while escalating appropriately when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates
Deliver professional, customer-focused support in regulated environments
Qualification
Required
MSP or IT support experience operating at a Level 1.5 or Level 2 capacity
Strong Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
Basic understanding of networking and endpoint support
Comfort working both remotely and onsite with clients
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn, grow, and pursue certifications
Reliable, organized, and accountable work style
