Responsibilities
Manage and own the admissions inbox, delivering timely, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to detail
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on-site or virtual
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up actions with accuracy and timeliness
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
2+ years of client-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or similar functions
Solid administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and precise
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to maintain accurate applicant records or CRM information
Comfortable managing remote work alongside in-person campus duties
Able to respond quickly and succeed in a fast-moving, mission-focused environment
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY
