Responsibilities
Define requirements and support implementation of integrated compressor designs from concept through release
Create and maintain 3D models and 2D detail drawings, including clear drawing requirements and GD&T
Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, assembly feasibility, and serviceability
Deliver design documentation aligned to project stage gates and product lifecycle processes
Support design qualification/testing activities and help ensure products align with applicable safety and environmental expectations (e.g., UL/CE and ISO system support)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in 3D CAD with the ability to produce production-quality models and drawings (NX preferred)
1+ years of experience in product development engineering, with a working understanding of materials, manufacturing, and assembly methods
Working knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and GD&T/dimensional controls, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Detail-oriented, self-motivated teammate with clear written and verbal communication skills
