Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at world-class standards
Building Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related area
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
