Facilitating interactive, virtual workshops centered on life skills including creativity, communication, and problem-solving
Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to cultivate confidence, self-direction, and executive functioning
Leveraging platform analytics to customize support and monitor student progress longitudinally
Working collaboratively with peer educators to refine and develop project-based learning experiences
Establishing a secure, energizing environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to develop
Qualification
Required
Valid US teaching certificate from any state
Confident virtual presence; at ease leading sessions via video
Able to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
Prepared to start within 2-3 weeks
Enthusiastic about working in a tech-forward, student-centered educational setting
Preferred
Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
