Support a major transformation program within the P&C insurance space
Partnering with business, training, underwriting, and technology stakeholders to drive adoption, readiness, communication, and go-live success across a critical insurance initiative
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in change management, employee communications, or a similar function
Experience supporting training, UAT, or go-live planning
Strong core consulting skills — deliverable creation, structuring, decks, and presentation
P&C insurance experience required
A true “get it done” delivery attitude — hands-on implementation with some strategy
5+ years' overall professional experience
Preferred
Strong preference: Commercial P&C and underwriting knowledge
Broader insurance value chain experience also acceptable
