Bowman Williams is a growing Managed Service Provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses with IT support, networking, and cybersecurity solutions. They are hiring a System Administrator Team Lead to provide hands-on Level 2 support while guiding daily operations and mentoring Tier 1 technicians. The role involves resolving support issues, administering Microsoft 365 environments, and maintaining clear documentation and client communication.
Responsibilities
Resolve Level 2 support issues across multiple client environments
Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, and networked devices
Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID
Perform user onboarding, offboarding, and permissions management
Assist and mentor Tier 1 technicians with troubleshooting and best practices
Collaborate with senior engineers on complex or high-impact issues
Maintain clear documentation and professional client communication
Qualification
Required
MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
Leadership mindset with a team-first approach
Strong communication skills and sense of ownership
Desire to continue growing technically and professionally
