Responsibilities
Utilize analytical problem solving and leadership skills to execute and deliver product initiatives
Prior experience managing insurance products includes being an insurance product analyst
Full ownership of high-complexity business problems, plan items, product features, and/or product lines
Build strong relationships with other business units and leads strategic direction for the long-term success of assigned areas
Solves complex problems despite limited or imperfect data
Analyzes, selects, and implements new and complex pricing and product design strategies
Manage relationships with external parties, including vendors, insurance organizations, and regulators
Advocates company position in legal and compliance matters
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5 or more years of experience in product management, insurance, data analysis or a related field (insurance experience is strongly preferred)
Must be able to think strategically and possess strong leadership skills
Must have strong relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills
Must be action oriented with superior problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
