Responsibilities
Conduct research, collect, and interpret data to support business decisions
Prepare and maintain documentation, including handling incoming and outgoing mail
Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
Manage escalated issues logically and ensure appropriate resolutions
Prioritize work effectively to maintain efficiency and resolve mail exceptions
Engage in interactive dialogue and support team members as needed
Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, vendors, and internal departments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; must be a team player
Willingness to work in shifting schedules
Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
Adherence to regulatory, compliance, and policy requirements
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills; excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task, including typing while reading, navigating multiple systems, and tracking processes
High sense of urgency; this is an onsite position
Preferred
Knowledge of banking industry structures and/or experience in motor vehicle operations preferred
Strong previous customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
Effective communication skills with both external and internal customers
