Responsibilities
Conducting variance analysis to support the improvement efforts of the team’s budgeting & forecasting processes
Working with analysts to support these efforts within the Network team
Providing analysis & valuation of changes that effect the team’s P&L
Supporting executive management with the data necessary to make critical business decisions
Working cross-functionally with the finance & technology teams to help support modeling efforts
Maintaining ad hoc requests and projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience working in finance, preferably in an FP&A function
2+ years of experience with Excel
2+ years of financial modeling experience
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other quantitatively oriented fields from an accredited four year college or university required
Preferred
Variance analysis experience at a granular level
Financial planning & analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month end close, etc.)
Experience at a healthcare company
Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, SAP
Experience learning new technologies
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
