Demand Planner (Onsite)
RTX is a leading company in the aerospace sector, and they are seeking a Demand Planner to integrate various business functions to develop demand plans for their Wheels and Brakes portfolio. The role involves analyzing demand patterns, generating forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive effective demand planning.

Responsibilities
Ownership and execution of demand planning processes for multiple Wheels & Brakes programs with domestic and global interaction with the Carbon, MRO and OEM facilities
Generate 5 year forecast as a cross-functional team with contracts, Regional Business Managers, Operations/Supply Chain and Value Stream leadership
Proactively analyze and review demand patterns, product lifecycle, and available market intelligence to identify business trends and opportunities
Participating in and respond to performance metrics to drive effectiveness within Global Demand Planning
Synthesize and analyze complex data sets to draw meaningful insights and support high-impact decision-making
Use systems knowledge to capture and visualize data in a user-friendly format (i.e. reports, dashboards, etc.)
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and participate in implementation initiatives
Communicate data analysis to leadership
Perform other duties as required
Travel up to 5%
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Preferred
Prior supply/demand planning experience in Aerospace, Automotive/Engines, or similar Manufacturing environments
Demonstrated analytical acumen with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to proactively use and manage complex data (statistics, bias, accuracy, etc.) and the ability to synthesize a large amount of information from a variety of sources, data owners, and systems
Experience in Kinaxis, SAP/ERP systems and reporting tools
Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, statements) Tableau, or PowerBI
