Responsibilities
Lead the consolidation and preparation of Monthly Actuals management review packages for Operations – IME, including global manufacturing sites and HQ functions
Prepare and analyze Manufacturing HQ P&L for Actuals, Plan, LBE, and LRP, with a strong focus on identifying and explaining key variances against benchmarks
Support the consolidation and preparation of management review materials for Plan, Update/LBE, and LRP cycles
Partner cross-functionally with global manufacturing sites, Operations HQ, and FP&A to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery of reporting
Drive process and system improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, consistency, and data quality
Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support complex operational and strategic decision-making
Operate independently while balancing competing priorities and meeting tight reporting deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred
4+ years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting
Ability to execute priorities with speed, accuracy, and agility
Strong attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights
Preferred
Experience supporting manufacturing or operations finance strongly preferred
Experience with SAP, BPC, and/or Power BI is a plus
CPA and/or MBA desirable
Plant or cost accounting experience a plus
