Responsibilities
Lead incentive compensation plan calculations and ensure timely, accurate payroll reporting
Create, analyze, and optimize variable compensation plans in Power BI and other analytics tools
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis directly impacting company targets
Manage and advance the annual budgeting process in partnership with leadership
Collaborate with leaders to ensure data integrity and actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with direct FP&A analyst experience
Track record managing or supporting incentive/commission compensation frameworks
