Responsibilities
Lead environmental investigations, including Phase I/II ESAs, wetland delineations, species assessments, and ecological field studies
Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, compliance, schedules, and budgets
Review environmental data, reports, and permits; provide regulatory guidance for federal, state, and local requirements
Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and client communications
Coordinate with regulatory agencies on permitting and compliance
Mentor junior scientists and support team collaboration across disciplines
Build and maintain client relationships
Conduct fieldwork and travel as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, Geology, or related field
4+ years of relevant experience (ESA Phase I/II, wetlands, species permitting, ecological surveys)
Strong technical and business‑writing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or on a team
Proficiency in MS Office; ArcGIS knowledge or interest preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and client‑service orientation
Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork
