Should have 8+ years of Application support experience as L2 Support Engineer
Experience in Java, Oracle and Unix, Primary Skill - Java
8+ years of experience in Production support handling application support
Troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets, Production incidents, Service requests
Root cause analysis for production incidents, and implement necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects
Maintain the existing application by resolving/troubleshooting/debugging issues occurring in application
Should have experience in handling production outages related to application
