Responsibilities
Guide and coach the Scrum team in Agile methodology, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
Serve as a buffer between the Scrum team and the Product Owner, ensuring clear communication and focus
Maintain a safe, supportive team environment by proactively resolving conflicts and removing impediments
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects from concept through implementation
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
Coordinate and interface with all project stakeholders, including end users, IT, client services, and cross‑functional teams
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource allocations, and budgets
Lead project meetings; track status, risks, and issues; ensure timely completion of deliverables
Manage vendor relationships, oversee third‑party tasks, and review vendor deliverables
Monitor projects from initiation to delivery, addressing both technical and non‑technical needs
Identify project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals
Provide technical or analytical guidance to team members as needed
Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve problems and maintain project momentum
Qualification
Required
Project management experience is required
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
