Marketing and Communications Manager
OrthoAtlanta is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to lead their marketing, communications, and public relations efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to enhance the brand, drive patient engagement, and support business growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. You will monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices
Lead the production of high-quality, patient-centric content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. This includes creating compelling patient success stories, videos, blogs, and infographics. You will also organize and promote community events and educational seminars
Lead the strategic management of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) to highlight patient successes, provider expertise, and community involvement. You will engage with our online community to build a loyal following
Develop and execute strategic internal and external communications plans. This includes creating content to inform employees, advising leadership on key issues, and assisting with company events. You'll also manage public relations by building relationships with media outlets, journalists, and community leaders
Collaborate with leadership to set and track marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs. You will analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives and report on results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management, or communications
Proven track record of driving brand growth and patient engagement
Expertise in content marketing, PPC advertising, and social media platforms
Experience in healthcare marketing and a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance regulations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your voice for different audiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and web content management systems
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
A Master's degree is preferred
Strong preference for candidates from the healthcare or multi-location organization sectors
