Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day administrator for TA technology, configuring and maintaining workflows, requisition templates, candidate stages, and integrations
Evaluate and recommend improvements to system architecture and recruiting processes, prioritizing automation, scalability, and user experience
Proactively troubleshoot system issues, manage release updates, and communicate enhancements to stakeholders
Champion data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all recruiting systems
Support the implementation and testing of new TA technologies, flows, and integrations, partnering with People (HR) Technology IT teams
Map and document current-state recruiting processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and standardization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future-state processes that align with business goals and system capabilities
Drive adoption of best practices and process consistency across global teams
Support change management initiatives by developing documentation, training materials, and communications for process or system updates
Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize & streamline workflows
Deliver Tier 1 & 2 support for recruiters and hiring managers on TA tech usage, workflows, and data issues
Conduct user training sessions and create user guides, FAQs, and best practice resources
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform system enhancements and improve usability
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the TA team
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting metrics (pipeline velocity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, recruiter productivity, diversity, etc.)
Ensure accurate data capture and system configuration to enable meaningful analytics
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to TA leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
Leverage analytics tools (Power BI, etc.) for advanced reporting and benchmarking
Perform audits of existing configurations to maintain data integrity and compliance
Support ongoing data quality audits and cleanup initiatives

Required

3+ years of experience within TA, or HRIS role with a focus on system administration and enhancements (Workday ATS preferred)
1+ years of hands-on experience with TA tech stack, including its configuration, business processes, testing, and reporting capabilities (Workday ATS preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical audiences
A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to independently troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions with minimal guidance
Experience with system integrations between ATS, other TA technologies, and HRIS
Knowledge of process improvement and change management methodologies
Experience with Power BI or other tools for data analysis
Prior experience supporting Workday ATS and TA Tech implementations or upgrades
