Responsibilities

The Application Coordinator is responsible for working with the project leadership team and the Patient Financial Services (PFS) operational leadership team regarding scope, integration, and design decisions for Hospital Billing and/or Claims and Remittance workflows
The incumbent must be very knowledgeable in the technical and functional aspects of the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing application and take a lead role in identifying and resolving operational and technical system issues that have an enterprise-wide impact on the project
The incumbent must also be very knowledgeable about standard billing regulations set forth by Medicare and other government entities, the National Uniform Billing Committee, and contracted managed care plans

Required

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the hospital revenue cycle
Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administrator, or Hospital Claims & Remittance certification
