Rental Coordinator
Burwell Material Handling is a company focused on people and community, seeking a Rental Coordinator to support their rental department. The role involves managing rental processes, coordinating activities, and ensuring excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls from customers and team members
Manage the rental process for the branch—quote equipment, coordinate deliveries and pickups, handle billing, and monitor rental inventory
Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation
Assist with collection efforts on past-due rental invoices when needed
Keep internal teams updated on equipment statuses and completed tasks
Track and report KPIs like utilization, dormancy, and fleet rightsizing
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear and professional communication style
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Self-motivated, dependable, and works well with others
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking and lifting
Preferred
Experience in rental coordination or customer service
