Responsibilities
Helping on the 3.0 modernization of their data platforms
Leading a team through sprints and tasks to get all their data migrated to these new platforms
Engaging a team and bringing them along on with the success of the projects
Creating sprints and directing people through the last bit of data migration
Helping to direct teams and strategize how to lift and shift data into new platforms using Databricks
Spending the first few days/weeks getting ramped up with KT from current owner
Confronting, challenging, questioning, and asking things of the team
Qualification
Required
Strong Databricks platform experience, experience using Confluent in Databricks
Someone who is willing to engage a team and bring them along on with the success of the projects. Almost a data platform manager that can lead a team of 6+ tenured engineers that may or may not have experience in all the Databricks platform
Product Experience
Senior level with deep technical Databricks experience
Preferred
Remote candidates who can work PST is preferred
