Responsibilities

Sell with Purpose: Represent Restek’s full suite of chromatography consumables—GC & LC columns, accessories, reference standards, and sample prep products
Own Your Territory: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan designed to grow revenue and strengthen relationships in key vertical markets
Deliver Solutions: Act as a technical resource for customers—answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and support product evaluations
Build Relationships that Last: Establish trust with customers through consultative selling and exceptional service
Stay Organized & Agile: Leverage CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline, prioritize leads, and document interactions effectively
Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with Customer Care, Product Marketing, and Business Development to deliver seamless customer experience
Travel: Expect up to 50% travel—mostly within your territory—to connect with customers face-to-face and uncover new opportunities

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, or related science
3+ years of hands-on experience in Liquid or Gas Chromatography
Proven customer-facing experience (sales, tech support, or project management)
Sales/consultative training (e.g. SPIN Selling) a plus
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Financially savvy with the ability to craft and manage a business plan
Technically proficient with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other business tools

Preferred

Previous experience selling or supporting chromatography consumables strongly preferred
