Restock rooms
Positioning, transferring and transporting patients within the various areas within Perioperative Services
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days from the date of hire
Less than one (1) year of patient care (i.e. nursing assistant/surgical tech/ MA), Supply chain, Operating Room or relevant medical equipment experience
Customer Service skills
Must possess manual dexterity, computer skills, and be able to work under pressure
Effective oral and written communication skills
Must be able to read, spell and do simple math, write clearly and understand written and oral instructions
Need to have effective computer skills, including typing, and use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Demonstrates teamwork and communicates in a professional manner with all members of the healthcare team
Demonstrates a willingness to learn new methods, procedures and techniques resulting from departmental or organization change
Adapts quickly and easily to change and adjusted behavior and approach to work when necessary to achieve goals
Preferred
CNA, or PCA, or MA
3-5 years patient care, Supply Chain, OR, or relevant medical equipment experience
