Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products and programs
Execute Digital Solutions initiatives using program management best practices
Manage multiple concurrent projects to meet schedule and budget commitments
Monitor, report, and drive improvement on financial and client experience metrics
Align stakeholders (Product, Development, Client Account Management) and resolve risks/issues

Qualification

Program/project managementFinancial Services experiencePMP certificationBuilding program metricsClient experience metrics

Required

6+ years of business and IT program/project management experience
4+ years of experience delivering products to clients
Proven track record of meeting financial targets and client experience metrics
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent military experience)

Preferred

3+ years of Financial Services industry experience
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Strong experience building and reporting program metrics and dashboards
