Responsibilities
Supervise and support day-to-day maintenance operations across the manufacturing floor
Oversee a team of Maintenace Supervisors who oversee mechanics and a team of I&E Techs, with the support of team leads
Delegate and monitor maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal equipment performance
Serve as backup to Maintenance Manager
Train and develop maintenance team members to reach their highest potential
Help manage and improve the Preventive Maintenance program
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed
Drive continuous improvements through strategic planning and project completion
Collaborate with other department leaders to meet company goals
Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to safety/maintenance procedures
Participate in annual budgeting and department strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of production equipment and industrial systems
Ability to read and sketch mechanical drawings
Solid computer skills (knowledge a plus)
Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, driven, and accountable
