Responsibilities
Manage AP inbox: Incoming invoices, statements, and supplier communications
Accounts payable processing of supplier invoices including identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies
Process end-of-day billing
Support site annual physical inventory process
Complete Daily Sales Order reporting
Complete PESI data load monthly
Reconciliation and completion of necessary record keeping to comply with internal control requirements
Filing/Scanning as needed
Support finance and site management team as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience as accounts payable clerk
Familiar with a variety of accounting concepts and practices
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Detail oriented with proven accuracy. Ability to work with confidential data; discretion is a must
Ability to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
Preferred
Experience with Epicor Vista/Kinetic desired
