Account Executive (Sales) - Client Facing - Remote

They are seeking a Client-Facing Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, engage with clients, and design tailored solutions that align with client goals in digital media and commerce.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close
Build and manage a pipeline of priority accounts through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and referrals
Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client objectives, pain points, and growth opportunities
Present and position Prime Team’s services as strategic, ROI-driven solutions across digital media and commerce channels
Partner closely with internal teams (strategy, analytics, creative, operations, and leadership) to support onboarding, account transitions, and long-term client success
Maintain and grow existing client relationships by identifying expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities
Forecast revenue and manage pipeline performance using CRM tools and reporting dashboards
Stay current on digital media trends, emerging platforms, and the evolving client and competitive landscape

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience in B2B sales, in digital media, agency services, ad tech, SaaS, or ecommerce-related environments
Proven ability to close new business and grow existing client relationships
Strong client-facing presence with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Experience selling consultative, solution-based services rather than transactional products
Comfortable working in a remote environment while maintaining strong responsiveness and accountability
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and motivated by results
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience with ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital advertising ecosystems is required
