Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define research goals that align with product and business objectives
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis
Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable insights that improve user experience and drive adoption of new tools and platforms
Present research findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams including design, product, engineering, and business leads
Advocate for the user throughout the development lifecycle, helping ensure that product decisions are guided by user needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7-10 years of experience in UX research or a related field
Experience conducting end-to-end research using a variety of methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, etc.)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar platforms
