Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Director of People & Talent to execute on our headcount plan for 2026 across Engineering, Product, Data and our GTM teams, aligning talent acquisition with Posh's growth objectives
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Conduct proactive outreach and manage the recruitment process to maintain a pipeline of exceptional candidates for high-impact roles, upholding a high standard for talent
Process Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and create scalable strategies that support the development of a world-class team
Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and hiring managers, playing a meaningful part in the hiring process for our most high-leverage roles
International Engagement: Manage the end-to-end sponsorship process for international candidates with help from company counsel
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition at growth-stage startups
Proven track record of recruiting world-class Engineering and Product talent
Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical recruiting
Ability to adapt priorities based on evolving company objectives
Self-starter with the ability to take projects, new roles, etc from 0-1 with minimal oversight
Ability to share the why's and how's
Experience with modern recruiting stack including Ashby for CRM/ATS, Juicebox for AI-powered sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication skills
Ability to connect with individuals at all levels and foster strong relationships
